Oh no! You just got a new game and you’ve opened it up only to find you’re missing a piece, or a piece is damaged! That sucks – but we’re here to help.

Step 1: Double check the box

We highly recommend removing all components and items from the box and opening all inner packaging to ensure it’s not hiding under or in something. Sometimes things shift in the shipping process, so cards, tokens, etc. could have shuffled around. 
NOTE: The SHIFT Packages in MIND MGMT are not meant to be opened immediately, but not for any gameplay, story, or campaign reasons. 

Step 2: Which language version do you have?

Non-English language: You’ll need to contact the publisher that made the game for assistance.

English language:  Go to Step 3.

Step 3: Where are you?

Europe or UK: Please fill out our distribution partner’s form and they will help you directly.

North America, Asia, or Australia/New Zealand: Please fill out our form and we’ll help resolve the issue. 

Excluded regions: We can’t ship replacement parts to Africa (except South Africa), Belarus, Central America, Crimea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Mexico, North Korea, Russia, South America, Syria, and Yemen.

For environmental reasons, we generally prefer not to replace boxes, inserts, or plastic trays. However, if your game box and/or insert was damaged during shipping from our webstore, please email your name and order number to help@offthepagegames.com and include photos of the packaging and damage.
